My Story
😃 Hello everyone! Welcome to my Scentsy Story.
If I already know you, I’m glad you took the time to read my story! If you are new to me, I look forward to getting to know more about you and the things you like to do! 💜
First, a little about myself. I have been happily married to my High School Sweetheart for 35 years. We have 2 amazing sons. My oldest is 34 and my youngest is 29. I also have a pet Boa Constrictor, and his name is el Conquistador. He is my gentle giant! 🐍 I will soon be getting a Bearded Dragonand his name will be Sulley! And how could I forget, I am also a grandma to 2 amazing doggies! 🐾 Zoe is a Boxer/German Shepherd mix and Zane is a full blood German Shepherd.
In addition to being a Scentsy Consultant, I love to study Photography! 📷 I love learning everything I can possibly learn about taking photos. When I am out with my camera I get lost in my own little world! I previously worked in IT doing computer system testing. I like to take time for myself by bowling 🎳 on a Fall/Winter league and also relaxing with my husband and family friends in the Spring/Summer/Fall camping.🏕️
I have always been obsessed with scents! Before Scentsy came into my life I was always burning candles (am I glad to not have to worry about leaving candles burning unattended or having to clean that black soot off of my walls anymore!). I was introduced to Scentsy years ago and I heard the angels start to sing! 🎶👼 I have been a very dedicated customer of Scentsy for as long as I can remember. Probably since the company started shortly after 2004. I even turned my husband on to all of the amazing scents and warmers that Scentsy has to offer. They say that scents trigger memories! Well, Scentsy has over 80 scents to choose from! That’s a lot of memories to bring back!
I don't think there would ever be a time that you come to my house and do not smell👃the amazing scents from the Scentsy waxes. I have multiple warmers going 24/7 in every room of my house. I warm a different scent in each room. I think my personal favorite scents are the Fruity and Fresh ones, however I do enjoy a good bakery 🍰 scent during the holiday season. I also do a lot of scent mixing. It’s fun to combine scents and come up with something new!
I have tried waxes that are sold in different stores, that are not Scentsy waxes (you know what I’m talking about), and you can definitely tell the difference. For one, the store waxes do not last as long nor do they melt all the way when used in a Scentsy warmer. This is because our warmers and waxes are designed to warm at a lower temp. I can honestly say I have warmed the same Scentsy scent as long as 6 days in a row, without changing it, and it still smells just as good as day 1!
Every time someone comes to my home, or they get into my car, they always comment on how good it smells!! I even get stopped by strangers in a store with them telling me how good “I” smell! They always ask what I’m wearing. I do occasionally wear perfume, but what they are smelling from me is our amazing laundry product!! My husband works in a small office and I remember the first day he wore clothes to work that I washed using the Scentsy Laundry line, everyone thought that the air ducts must have been cleaned over the weekend. Then they realized it was my husband’s clothes that smelled so good! My next door neighbor would even comment how she liked to sit on her deck on my laundry days because she could smell the goodness coming from my dryer vent! I have used the Scentsy Laundry products ever since! Not only does it smell amazing, it is highly concentrated and cleans away dirt and stains that I would think would never come out!
I take pride in selling such a high quality product. If I did not believe in Scentsy as much as I do, I would have never joined as a consultant. As previously stated, I was a highly satisfied Scentsy Customer for years before I decided to start selling their products! I figured why not make some extra money from the products I’m purchasing anyway. I never dreamed that my business would take off the way it has! Scentsy has changed me so much as a person. I'm not as quiet and shy as I used to be. I love to go out and meet new people now! I especially love to share my knowledge of Scentsy to those that want to know!
Scentsy is so much more than warmers and scented waxes. That was just the beginning! I don't know of anywhere else that you can get such a variety of scented products! I can't wait to share all of them with you as I know you will enjoy them just as much as I do!
